This policy explains which personal data Hazmat Partners Sàrl processes when you visit this website or contact us, for what purposes, and what your rights are. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Data we process
When you contact us through the contact form or by email: your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number if you provide it, the type of request, the subject and content of your message, and any information you choose to provide.
When you visit the website: technical data recorded automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, date and time of the visit, pages viewed, browser and operating system.
3. Purposes
We use this data to answer your enquiries, prepare proposals, carry out our assignments and organise our training courses, and to ensure the security and proper operation of the website. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Recipients
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva, which processes data on our behalf on servers located in Switzerland. Messages sent through the contact form are forwarded to us by email via the same servers. We only share your data with other third parties if required by law or if necessary to carry out an assignment or training course you entrust to us.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or audience measurement tools.
6. Transfers abroad
The website does not embed any third-party service (fonts, maps, statistics) that would transfer your data abroad. Links to LinkedIn are simple links: no data is sent to LinkedIn unless you click on them. The website and our email service are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.
7. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then for a maximum of 2 years, unless a contractual relationship results from it. In that case, the relevant documents are kept for the period required by law, in particular ten years for accounting records. Technical visit data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and alteration. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing or request that it be handed over to you. Simply write to info@hazmatpartners.ch. We may ask you to prove your identity. You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
10. Changes
We may amend this policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
